Education for Ministry is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The EfM team has been working to prepare the program for the years ahead! The cornerstone of this work is the introduction of a revised curriculum, which has evolved into a multi-media approach to the program's traditional four-year program, as well as entirely new formation offerings ranging in length from six weeks to one year. In this session, originally webcast live on April 1, 2025, the Rev. Kevin M. Goodman, executive director of EfM, presents the curriculum's latest revision and EfM’s new formation products, which will debut this Fall of 2025.

What is the tuition for EfM: Classic and EfM: Wide Angle?
As with the 4th revision of the curriculum, participants will buy the books either as texts or e-books, according to their preference. Books will cost the participant between $50.00 - $100.00 per year. Tuition remains at $340.00 per year plus a $10.00 per year copyright clearance fee and a 5% credit card processing fee.
Will we be able to see all the voices in our Path?
Any mentor and participant enrolled in EfM: Classic or EfM: Wide Angle will be able to see the 5 voices of wisdom - Year 1: the Hebrew Scriptures, Year 2: the Christian Scriptures, Year 3: Church History, Year 4: Christian Ethics and Spirituality, and Wide Angle.

How does the online program work if you skip a week?
These decisions are decided by the mentor and the group in their particular seminar’s context. Some groups choose to combine 2 weeks in one seminar. Other groups choose to add a week at the end of the seminar schedule. Some groups skip the week. These and many others are the options considered within the local context.
